Over the past twenty years, my career has taken plenty of interesting turns. I have been a P&G Brand Manager, Chief of Staff to multiple non-profit CEOs, owner of a fractional consulting business, and workplace leader at a large tech company.

I welcome the opportunity to learn more about your dreams for your work and life - regardless of whether you have been progressing along a clear career path or forging your own path.

I do this work because helping others see and embrace their potential is a significant part of my personal mission. Whether I am working inside an organization, coaching or consulting, I am always looking for ways to build on people's strengths.

I am a Board Certified Coach and received my Executive Coaching credential through Case Western Reserve University. I am an authorized provider of Korn Ferry's ESCI 360 assessment, Everything DiSC® style assessments and Patrick Lencioni's Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team workshop.

My husband Steve and I live in Ohio with our two medium-sized kids and a Beagle / Great Pyrenees mix named Oscar (Meyer). We love the outdoors and traveling the world, but my absolute favorite place is my patio, relaxing with a glass of wine and neighbors, friends or family.

What you can expect: 

My intro package includes four sessions over 2-3 months. Some clients will get what they need from those initial sessions and others choose to continue with monthly sessions as they test new strategies or behaviors.  

Our first meetings explore your vision for your life and career, your personal values, and your strengths and weaknesses. The "deep stuff" is what grounds the personal learning plan we will build together.

The learning plan clarifies what you want to learn, test and do to accomplish your goals. We keep it simple and clear. My approach utilizes the Intentional Change Theory (Boyatzis, 2006), a research-based approach to making sustainable change.
